From making the right strategic choices to writing killer code, You'll be the technical backbone behind complex financial platforms. In addition to developing high-impact projects for major clients like ING and BNP Paribas, you'll also mentor our growing team of junior developers, shaping both our technical capabilities and our next generation of talent.\nHere's what that looks like in practice:\nYou write clean and testable C# code for FinTech web apps and software, processing complex calculations and data from multiple sources. You work closely with experienced developers on projects for clients like ING and RTL-Z.\n\nYou work together with a multidisciplinary scrum team towards a shared goal: delivering high-quality reporting and management information systems.\n\nYou love to learn and develop yourself as well. Through mentoring junior developers, joining international conferences, or simply catching up during our FIFA lunches.\n\nYou are experienced with our tech stack, consisting of C# and .NET and are comfortable working in an Agile environment.\n\nProject examples?\nA trading game for RTL-Z to practice investment skills, the platform for ING Sprinters, or the web platform for VanEck ETFs.
