Every video should support a marketing objective.\n\nYou should be able to:\n\nUnderstand the target audience.\n\nIdentify the purpose of a video before creating it.\n\nDevelop concepts that communicate a clear message.\n\nCreate strong hooks and attention-grabbing openings.\n\nUse storytelling to create emotional engagement.\n\nIncorporate branding naturally into the video.\n\nCreate compelling calls-to-action (CTA).\n\nThink from a customer's perspective.\n\nCreate content that can generate awareness, engagement, leads, inquiries, or conversions.\n\nAdapt the same concept into different creative angles and formats.\n\nUnderstand basic principles of digital marketing, advertising, audience psychology, and social media content.\n\nCreative Thinking\n\nWe are looking for proposing new concepts and creative directions independently, rather than simply following a predefined prompt.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nGenerative AI\n\nExperience with AI video-generation platforms such as PixVerse, Kling AI, and similar tools.\n\nStrong interest in learning new Generative AI tools.\n\nAbility to write detailed and structured prompts.\n\nUnderstanding of camera angles, camera movement, lighting, composition, environment, character descriptions, and cinematic styles.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot poor AI generations and improve prompts iteratively.\n\nVideo Editing\n\nProficiency in CapCut or another video-editing application.\n\nUnderstanding of transitions and pacing.\n\nKnowledge of cinematic effects and motion effects.\n\nBasic understanding of sound design and music synchronization.\n\nAbility to create smooth, professional-looking edits.\n\nUnderstanding of aspect ratios and formats for social media.\n\nCreative & Storytelling\n\nStrong
