You’ll have a unique opportunity to combine hands-on operations with innovation and help shape the future of on-demand passenger transportation in the region.\nThis role is based in the greater Frankfurt area, with the expectation that you will be on-site at least 3 days per week\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRun daily onsite operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for our riders.\nDrive continuous optimization across the field team and service, leveraging data, technology, AI, and automation - including leading AI projects from idea to implementation.\nMake real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected issues - using data to quickly diagnose problems and keep service running smoothly.\nGuide and support drivers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve field team performance.\nTurn rider and community feedback into actionable improvements, using data to spot patterns and address root causes.\nAct as the bridge between Via's partners, drivers, and Via central teams, quickly pulling data to answer questions, solve problems, and drive improvements.\nWho You Are:\nOperationally experienced in people management, logistics, customer service, or other process-oriented work. \nRelationship-oriented and a strong communicator, able to build trust with drivers, riders, teammates, and city partners and find the right tone at every level.\nHands-on and proactive, comfortable taking responsibility for employees, being in the field, and solving problems where they happen - even under pressure.\nData-driven, structured, and digitally savvy, using analytics and AI tools to solve problems, prioritize effectively, and improve our services.\nTactical and strategic, able to tackle issues in real time while thinking ahead and building solutions that prevent them from recurring.\nYou have a proficiency level of at least C1 in both German and English.\nYou have a valid drivers license in Germany, class B. \nWhat We Offer:\nBase salary range: €45-55k.
