This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to fostering a culture of safety and excellence.\n**This is an in-person position with the expectation that you will be in the field 2-3 days per week**\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConduct on-the-road supervision, including ride-alongs and shadowing, to ensure compliance with safety and service standards.\nMonitor and evaluate driver interactions and adherence to safety protocols, providing constructive feedback and coaching.\nPartner with the Field Manager to provide continuous training, including initial, remedial, and refresher courses.\nDeliver hands-on coaching on best practices, safety procedures, and service expectations.\nLead post-accident and post-incident protocols, serving as the Designated Employer Representative (DER) for DOT compliance.\nAct as the primary point of contact for urgent operational issues, implementing real-time solutions to ensure service continuity.\nReview and assess complaint reports, driver feedback, and training session documentation.\nConduct training needs assessments and implement necessary improvements.\n85% on-the-road supervision, 15% training and administrative duties.\nWho You Are:\nExperience in transit supervision, transportation management, or a similar field preferred.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide drivers.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions in dynamic situations.\nStrong communication skills for effective feedback delivery and conflict resolution.\nKnowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and ADA/paratransit compliance is a plus. \nCompensation and Benefits:\nFinal salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
