As Via continues to scale, you will play a critical role in helping achieve our ambitious hiring goals. \nThis is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent at Via.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs to help create and implement strategies for candidate outreach\nProactively map, track, and source top technical talent across major US markets; leveraging your strong research skills, you'll become a subject matter expert in industry trends and complex talent searches\nBuild strong, diverse, and inclusive candidate pools using various sourcing techniques\nMake data-driven decisions, using relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies and demonstrate results\nDesign and implement a comprehensive and fair interview process; leverage feedback and data-driven insights to refine accordingly \nConduct initial conversations and preliminary interviews with candidates across teams and functions\nCreate a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview experience\nDevelop robust internal processes to optimize the efficacy, agility and impact of the Strategic Growth function\nWho You Are:\nIntellectually curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-moving People Operations function\nResults-driven; you're motivated to meet and exceed your goals\nReliable, independent, and able to manage high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment\nA savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator - you intuitively find the right tone in every situation, and enjoy working with others\nAnalytical and innovative; you're a natural problem-solver, and you approach new challenges with creativity\nTechnically savvy; you may already know some Boolean operators, and you're excited to explore new platforms\nA minimum of 3+ years of experience at a high growth company\nCompensation and Benefits:\nWe are proud to offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matching\nBase Salary Range: $95,000- $135,000 per year plus equity as part of a total compensation package.
