You will approach talent acquisition as an engineering challenge: diagnosing pipeline bottlenecks, building workflow automations, and designing frictionless hiring systems. As Via continues to scale, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across the company.\nAbout the Role:\nOwn the full hiring strategy for your global teams, from defining target profiles to executing the outreach plan for top talent.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals, challenge assumptions, and shape a process that leads to the right hire.\nBuild and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines that reflect both the external talent market and Via’s future roadmap.\nRun fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that give candidates a great experience while helping teams move quickly.\nSpot patterns and opportunities to improve how we hire, sharing insights and data across teams at every opportunity.\nMap, track, and source top talent across major markets, leveraging deep research skills to become a subject-matter expert in industry trends.\nMake data-driven decisions, using key metrics (funnel conversion, calibration, pass-through rates) to diagnose bottlenecks, educate partners, and solve problems.\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience across every stage of the interview process.\nThink big and build: develop new initiatives to market opportunities at Via, engage talent, and raise the operational rigor and impact of the Talent function.\nAbout You:\nIntellectually curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-moving People Operations function.\nResults-driven; you're motivated to meet and exceed your goals.\nReliable, independent, and able to manage high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. \nA savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator - you intuitively find the right tone in every situation, and enjoy working with others.\nAnalytical and innovative; you're a natural problem-solver, and you approach new challenges with creativity.\nTechnically savvy; you may already know some Boolean operators, and you're excited to explore new platforms.\nA minimum of 3+ years of experience at a high growth company.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nBase Salary Range: $95,000-$135,000 per year plus equity as part of a total compensation package.
