Celebrate team wins and new levels of performance on areas of emphasis based on current initiatives within the organization.\nManage relationships between the store with internal stakeholders and external partners to align strategy with overall business objectives within the store.\nStore Operations & Compliance\nOperational Excellence: Monitor and enforce all company policies, procedures, and best practices related to inventory, cash management, loss prevention, and store appearance.\nIssue Resolution: Quickly pinpoint and address operational performance gaps, escalating serious issues to the appropriate departments with urgency.\nAdministration: Oversee and review store schedules, ensure timely email communication for \"urgent items,\" and manage facility/maintenance requests.\nCorrective Action: Administer necessary disciplinary actions, including written warnings and terminations, when required with the Territory Manager.\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nAssociates degree in related field preferred.
