Onsite position in Fort Morgan, Colorado.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nManage and track seed stock inventory, including processing and coordinating material exchanges to support deployment activities\nVerify the completeness and accuracy of pre-construction submissions from vendors\nMaintain and organize project documentation for deployment initiatives\nReview and approve quotes\nProcess and issue Notices to Proceed (NTPs) for RAN and Microwave deployment projects to ensure timely execution\nTrack decommissioning activities, including proof of delivery, closeout documents, and completion packages\nPerform quality control audits on vendor work to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements within QuickBase\nSupport and execute QuickBase projects, including system testing, troubleshooting, configuring notifications, and creating reports\nCoordinate effectively between internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time project delivery\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExcellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills\nProactive mindset with the ability to seek out new tasks when assignments are completed\nAbility to handle and maintain confidential information\nExperience managing vendors and coordinating material ordering and deliveries\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
