The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems and a proven ability to improve current practices, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nDay-to-Day Inventory Operations: Oversee daily inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, timely order processing, and smooth flow of goods.\nData Analysis and Strategic Planning: Utilize data analytics to monitor inventory trends, forecast demand, and inform strategic planning to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.\nProcess Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current inventory management practices and develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline processes.\nReporting and Documentation: Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and performance metrics, providing insights to management for decision-making purposes.\n\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nPursuing high school diploma or GED\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.\n2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a proven track record of leadership and team management\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\nAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, without close supervision. Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions. Ability to work with high level of confidentiality. Capacity to be flexible and multitask. Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:\nPhysical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach.
