These items appeared in several original job descriptions but were not common to all four levels.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: \nMinimum of an associate degree in field related to specific position is preferred. 2+ years’ experience in a related position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\nAbility to read schematics and interpret equipment manuals. Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills. Ability to use various hand tools and test equipment. Proficiency with a computer. Knowledge of AutoCAD is helpful. Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently. Basic math skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff. Welding knowledge is beneficial.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:\nPhysical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach.
