This is an opportunity to build your career in international taxation, working with multinational clients and collaborating with colleagues across our global network.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs part of our Global Mobility team, you will support clients in managing the tax and social security aspects of their international workforce. Your responsibilities will include:\nSupporting multinational companies and their employees with tax matters arising from international assignments and cross-border employment.\nAssisting with the preparation and review of individual income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.\nHelping assess domestic and international tax and social security implications of employee mobility.\nSupporting the application of international tax treaties and the analysis of tax equalization and tax protection arrangements.\nContributing to the review and implementation of global mobility policies and processes.\nResearching tax and social security matters and preparing supporting analyses, reports and client documentation.\nAssisting with tax calculations, compensation reviews and cost projections related to international assignments.\nCoordinating with Vialto colleagues in other countries to support clients with cross-border matters and ensure a consistent approach.\nWorking alongside our compliance teams to help deliver accurate and timely services to clients.\nExploring technology-enabled tools and solutions that help improve the way we work and deliver services.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nWe are interested in meeting candidates who are curious, analytical and motivated to develop their expertise in international taxation.\nYou will ideally have:\nA bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related field, preferably with an interest in taxation.\n1-3 years of experience in tax, accounting or professional services. Recent graduates with a strong interest in Global Mobility are also encouraged to apply.\nGood written and spoken English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate in an international environment.\nStrong analytical and research skills, together with attention to detail.\nGood organizational skills and the ability to manage different priorities and deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nA collaborative and proactive mindset, with a genuine willingness to learn and take on new challenges.\nWhat You’ll Gain at Vialto\nJoining Vialto
