You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram.\nJob Description\nAs a Tax Associate in Vialto Partners ’s Global Mobility Tax team, you will play a key role in assisting some of the world’s most recognisable global organisations with their tax obligations related to the movement of employees across international borders. This role involves providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational organisations and their employees, ensuring adherence to global tax regulations, and optimising tax strategies for both the company and its mobile employees.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities :\nPersonal tax return compliance\nPrepare and review individual tax returns for expatriates ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax legislation\n\nManage tax equalisation calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates\n\nMonitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments\n\nConsulting and advisory\nProvide tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues including taxation treaties, foreign tax credits and double taxation relief\n\nAdvise clients on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures\n\nClient Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions\n\nServe as a point of contact for client inquiries providing prompt and accurate responses\n\nCollaborate with clients, HR and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance\n\nResearch and Analysis\nStay updated on global tax regulations, changes in tax laws and industry best practices\n\nConduct research on complex tax issues and provide detailed analysis and recommendations\n\nAssist in the development of technical training materials and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams\n\nTeam Collaboration\nWork closely with global Vialto team members to coordinate advice and ensure seamless service delivery\n\nSupport senior team members in large client projects and engagements\n\nParticipate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nQualifications and requirements\nBachelor’s degree\n\n6 months to 2 years of experience in Singapore tax preferred with a focus on individual tax compliance and consulting.\n\nShould have working rights for Singapore\n\nPrior experience with global mobility tax issues and international tax regulations is highly regarded, but not essential\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAdditional
