You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. \nJob Description\nAs a Tax Associate, you will work as a part of a team of professionals helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:\nPreparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverables\n\nResearch and drafting of tax technical memos.\n\nInteraction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employment.\n\nEngage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organization.\n\nDemonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.\n\nPreferred Knowledge and Skills:\nExposure to Canadian and/or US individual tax knowledge\n\nStrong customer service skills and experience in client facing roles.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitude.\n\nAbility to learn quickly and manage multiple work assignments.\n\nExperience with MS Excel and/or other tools such as Alteryx\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree\n\nFields of Study: Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration/Management, International Business\n\nAdditional Information\nThis is a hybrid role, with an expectation of a minimum of two days/week in office.
