You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. \nJob Description\nThis position plays a critical role as the primary contact for employees engaged in assignments, transfers, and relocations, both internationally and domestically. You will liaise with clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers to provide operational support, efficiently manage inquiries, and address issues related to global mobility. You will ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and labor laws, while optimizing deployment costs and driving process improvements.\nResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:\nManage the business travel experience for employees, ensuring comprehensive documentation compliance with PWD regulations, including the manual submission of certifications.\n\nFunction as the central point of contact for mobile employees, providing specialized guidance on all aspects of mobility processes, policies, taxes, and procedures.\n\nGuarantee adherence to local, national, and international laws and regulations in each deployment location, covering areas such as immigration, tax, and labor laws.\n\nCollaborate closely with HR and internal client teams to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment of permanent employees.\n\nMaintain budget awareness for permanent workforce deployment, optimizing costs while upholding the quality and effectiveness of deployments.\n\nWork in partnership with third-party providers, where necessary, to streamline the deployment process.\n\nKeep meticulous records of all process documentation for accountability and reference.\n\nRegularly provide detailed reports and data to senior management, covering case monitoring, employee onboardings, and daily operational workload.\n\nProactively identify and address potential risks and challenges in permanent workforce deployment, devising effective mitigation strategies.\n\nCollect and analyze feedback from deployed employees to continually enhance the deployment process and support services, including managing required notifications.\n\nContribute to the development and improvement of automated solutions and processes.\n\nLiaise with various territories to address complex queries and navigate nuances in process and regulations.\n\nServe as the primary contact for employees on business trips, delivering exceptional service, addressing their needs and concerns, and facilitating their smooth transition to new work locations.\n\nMaintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on travel assessments, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.\n\nAct as a PWD specialist, overseeing business travel-related workforce matters and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.\n\nAs you progress in the role, develop and implement a strategic plan for posted worker directive that is in line with the organization's broader global expansion goals.\n\nQualifications\nInterest in Global Taxation and Mobility Eager to learn about global tax and mobility practices, including tax equalization and international tax compliance.\n\nBasic Knowledge of Immigration Laws Some familiarity with immigration regulations or a willingness to learn about these topics.\n\nAttention to Detail and Risk Awareness Able to recognize basic risk indicators and report findings to senior team members.\n\nTeam Collaboration Skills Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.\n\nEducational Background in Taxation, Law, or a Related Field A degree or coursework in tax, law,
