It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulations and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes. The caseworker's responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.\nServe as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support.\nUnderstand the unique immigration needs of each client and develop tailored immigration plans.\nHandle the end-to-end immigration process for employees, including visa applications, work permits.\nPrepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nInterpret and apply immigration rules to ensure clients' compliance and avoid any potential legal issues.\nAdvise clients on immigration processes, timelines, and potential risks.\nMaintain accurate and organized case files for each client, ensuring all relevant documents are securely stored and readily accessible.\nEnsure commercial awareness ie efficiently recording time on a timely basis and supporting with billing activities, understanding scope creep.\nPrepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies and authorities.\nCommunicate effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams to ensure seamless exchange of information.\nLiaise with network office, third party providers, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities receive up to date immigration rules or monitor case progress and resolve issues.\nHandle unexpected issues that may arise during the immigration (or implementation) process with professionalism and efficiency.\nProvide regular updates to clients on the status of their immigration cases or change to immigration rules.\nUse a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area.\nAddress client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.\nTraining new/junior team members on case management and immigration law forms and applications\nStay up to date with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and policies.\nDepending on the service line you're working in, you might also assist with the implementation of any relevant technology/platform.\nQualifications\nMinimum Degree Required: Any Bachelor's degree\nMinimum Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in providing Australian Immigration Advice\nCertification Required: Australian Legal Practitioner (or Solicitor) or Registered Migration Agent( (registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and holding a Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN))\nAdditional Information\nLocation:
