The role involves:\nPlatform Architecture & Strategy\nLead the architectural design ofVialto’sunified enterprise product platform supporting multiple product lines (B2B and B2C).\n\nDefine platform capabilities, service boundaries, and technical patternsandprinciples.\n\nDevelop frameworks and reusable components to accelerate product development across teams.\n\nEstablish architectural standards for microservices, API design, event-driven communication, workflow orchestration, and data integration.\n\nTransformation & Migration\nAssess existing tools, systems, and products to define a migration roadmap into the enterprise platform.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to modernize legacy components,consolidateredundant functionality, and align services to the new platform vision.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to guide phased migration, ensuring minimal disruption and technical consistency.\n\nCloud & Technical Architecture\nArchitect scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure using services such as:\n\nAzure API Management\n\nApp Services / Functions\n\nEvent Grid / Service Bus\n\nAzure SQLMI/ Cosmos DB\n\nAKS (preferred)\n\nAzure DevOps / GitHub\n\nDrive adoption of best practices in microservices, distributed systems, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nEstablish standards for performance, resiliency, multi-tenancy, and security posture.\n\nAI, Automation & Experience Layer\nPartner with teams to define platform-level capabilities using:\n\nAzure OpenAI\n\nAgentic AI withMicrosoft Agent Framework\n\nModel Context Protocol(MCP)\n\nAI-augmentedcapabilities for enabling product team to buildfeatures for client-facing and operational tools\n\nCollaborate onthe architectureof user experience layers built inNext.js andReact.\n\nEnable intelligent services and automation to enhance global mobility operations and client outcomes.\n\nPatterns We Expect You to Use\nEvent-based systems (pub/sub, workflow orchestration, event sourcing whereappropriate)\n\nDistributed systems (partitioning, resiliency, failure-mode design, consistency tradeoffs)\n\nDomain-driven integration approaches (bounded contexts, contracts, anti-corruption layers)\n\nAgentic AI patterns including plan/execute/verify loops, tool/function calling, RAG, verifier/critic steps, guardrails, evaluation, and agent observability/auditability. Experience applying these patterns to automate business process flows using Azure OpenAI APIs and orchestration frameworks.\n\nCollaboration & Leadership\nAct as a trusted architectural advisor to product engineering teams and business stakeholders.\n\nAdvocate for platform thinking, technical quality, and long-term sustainability.\n\nConduct architectural reviews, provide guidance, and mentor engineers across teams.\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n10+ years of experience designing and delivering cloud-based enterprise systems.\n\nStrongexpertiseinMicrosoft Azure,microservicesarchitecture, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.\n\nProficiencywithC# / .NET Core, API development, and cloud-native patterns.\n\nExperience withJavaScript/TypeScript,React,Next.js, and front-end platform integration concepts.\n\nDemonstrated experience designing platform architectures that support multiple products.\n\nFamiliarity withAzure OpenAI, conversational agents, or generative AI integration.\n\nStronggroundinginintegrationpatterns, and system interoperability.\n\nExcellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred\nPriorworkin B2B and B2C product ecosystems or professional services platforms.\n\nKnowledge of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory constraints for global services.\n\nBackground in enterprise transformation or modernization programs.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degreerequired\n\nAdvanced degree in Computer
