Whatever your aspirations, Vialto can help you find your way.\nJob Description\nAs a Senior Tax Associate in Vialto's Global Mobility Tax team, you will play a key role in assisting some of the world’s most recognizable global organizations with their tax obligations related to the movement of employees across international borders. This role involves providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational organizations and their employees, ensuring adherence to global tax regulations, and optimizing tax strategies for both the company and its mobile employees.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPersonal tax return compliance\nAccurately prepare and/or review tax returns and related deliverables for global mobility employees within designated deadlines\nReview and manage tax equalization calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates\nMonitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments\nEducate and counsel employees on their tax responsibilities and the potential implications of international assignments\nReview and/or prepare supporting applications and documentation to optimize employees’ tax positions, including communication with assignees and the local (Greek) tax authorities\nConsulting and advisory\nProvide tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues including taxation treaties, foreign tax credits and double taxation relief\nAdvise clients on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages\nAssist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures\nManaging complex projects from conception to completion\nClient Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions\nCollaborate with clients, HR and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance\nLed cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, increasing client satisfaction scores\nResearch and Analysis\nStay updated on global tax regulations, changes in Greek tax laws and industry best practices\nConduct research on complex tax issues and provide detailed analysis and recommendations\nRe-engineered procedures to streamline workflow, reducing project delivery time to the best possible\nTeam Collaboration\nWork closely with global Vialto team members, supervise the associates and coordinate advice ensuring seamless service delivery\nParticipate in team meetings, exchange ideas and contribute to knowledge sharing\nMentor the team, improving productivity and fostering professional development\nQualifications\nUniversity degree (Finance or Accounting) or another equivalent diploma\nMinimum years of experience: 2-3 years of experience in tax preferred with a focus on individual tax compliance and consulting\nFluency in English\nKnowledge of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)\nStrong analytical, organizational and writing skills\nAbility to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitude\nWe are offering\nAn incredibly
