Ultimately, the person in this role will design and write high quality tests for our products.\nDuties and Responsabilities\nImplement and develop manual and automated tests for both web and windows applications.\nDesign and develop test cases for front-end interfaces, underlying APIs, and backend systems across several programming languages with a focus on JavaScript, ReactJS and/or SQL to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation.\nWork with the Product owners, Delivery Director, and colleagues to define process and strategy associated with automation.\nIdentify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.\nPlan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.\nParticipate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.\nReport bugs to the development team quickly and in a way easy to reproduce.\nWrite test cases for new products and features.\nReview and analyze product requirements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IS, IT or related field.\nHighly organized and detail oriented with ability to work independently and develop solutions to problems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working both with peers and more senior executives.\nAbility to collaborate and work with a team.\nDesired English Level:\no CEF C2\no TOEIC 915\no TOEFL 82.5\nExposure to the FinTech industry desired\nTechnical Requirements\n5+ years of experience in similar roles.\nExcellent communication skills\nAttention to detail.\nAnalytical mind and problem-solving skills\nSQL server experience is a must.\nExperience with AWS (Codepipeline, Codebuild, Lambda, S3 among others) is desirable.\nExperience on test automation tools is desirable (Selenium, Serenity, Webdriver, Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, JUnit, TestNG).\nDesirable experience with Serverless Framework or Serverless Architectures. \nWorking Conditions\nGeneral office working conditions, with a 100% remote work structure.\nThis position may require weekend and evening work as we collaborate with our partners internationally on audits and in support of corporate initiatives.\nBenefits\nEligibility to performance bonus\nHardware setup for you to work from home.\nFlexible hours -
