The Supervisor will provide direct support to the customer.\nWhile in this critical position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your training and experience by developing actionable intelligence related to the state facilities or by joint efforts with approved outside law enforcement agencies within established timeframes.\nThis position will be based at the client cite located inMechanicsburg, PA.\nSeeking local Criminal Investigations Analysts who have used/understand the Intelligence Life Cycle Process, and who have several years of team Supervisory/Leadership experience.\nResponsibilities\nOversee Intelligence team staff and projects\nWork directly with the customer and serve as ViaPath Fusion’s point of contact\nReceive, review, and assign cases based on analytic workload\nOrganize the team to collect, plan, analyze, develop a product, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities to the customer\nManage quality assurance and control over all work products to ensure they meet ViaPath standards\nIdentify gaps and analyze problems; generate recommended solutions\nAct as a resource for team members\nMonitor offender telephone calls\nGenerate and review intelligence reports\nConduct weekly meetings with the administration\nHandle confidential information in a professional manner\nOrganize and present facts and opinions clearly and concisely both orally and in writing\nAnalyze data to establish trends within the facilities and identify potential areas of interest\nAssist facility with investigations by utilizing specialized software provided for data mining and link analysis\nCommunicate with both customer and ViaPath personnel\nConduct and report on examinations of mobile and computer evidence\nWork an active case load\nWill be responsible for employee evaluations, counseling, training and daily management\nProvide ongoing performance feedback to employees as well as annual performance review\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent years of related work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Will also consider a combination of related certifications and related work experience in lieu of a degree.\nA minimum of 2 years of team leadership and/or management experience required\nA minimum of 5 years of investigative, intelligence, case management or corrections experience required\nAbility to successfully partner with customer\nA proven track record of successfully developing actionable intelligence\nExcellent customer engagement skills\nFundamental understanding of intelligence processes in a correctional environment to include institutional operations and criminal procedures\nPrepared to testify in court or other administrative related hearings\nProficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Suite to include MS Excel formulas\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficient with ViaPath applications and ability to learn third party software\nStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills\nDetail oriented with proven experience in managing in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines\nAbility to gain internal support and establish solid working relationships\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time\nAdditional Information\nViaPath is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals and to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
