Right now, we’re searching for a CRM Content Manager to join us on-site at our Stockholm office - are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change? This position is a temporary substitute role from approximately February 2027 to August 2028.\nThe role\nAs a CRM Content Manager, you will work in the CRM team and help shape how Viaplay communicates with millions of customers across the Nordic markets. Your responsibility will be to create engaging and relevant content across CRM channels that inspires viewing, strengthens the customer experience, improves retention and drives sales. You will:\nCraft impactful messages for email, push notifications and other channels across the Nordic markets. This includes copywriting, creating images and other media, coordinating translations and assets, as well as composing, laying out and configuring each message.\n\nCreate, manage, maintain and optimize content in automated transactional and lifecycle messaging across the customer journey, from onboarding to retention and win-back. Apply a solid technical understanding of event-based triggers, customer data, integrations and dynamic content. Work cross-functionally with Product & Tech, development teams and external consultants to implement, troubleshoot and continuously improve triggered messaging.\n\nCollaborate with Content, Marketing and Sales on campaigns and day-to-day message production.\n\nEnsure that your activities are impactful and evolve over time. Track relevant KPIs and continuously learn and optimize for better performance.\n\nEnsure that up-to-date standards for effective communication and brand guidelines are applied.\n\nContribute to team learning and growth. Carry out A/B tests, continuously follow up and report on communication results, and apply the learnings to future activities.\n\nActively contribute to the evolution of tools and processes for message production, keeping the team ahead of the curve and prepared for future expansion and the challenges it may bring.\n\nWe aspire to continuously improve and to learn something from everything we do. You will be challenged, and you will have loads of fun!\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nAs a CRM Content Manager, you will be at the heart of our work. It is essential that you are structured and organized and have a passion for messaging and how it strengthens the customer experience.\nYou are a proactive, self-driven doer with strong communication skills, a creative mindset and a tech-savvy, hands-on approach. You are forward-leaning with a go-getter attitude, comfortable producing content across multiple CRM channels and continuously improving content quality, tools and production processes. We’re looking for someone who can:\nHave at least 3-5 years of experience creating and managing automated transactional and lifecycle communications - from customer onboarding to retention and win-back - in a CRM or marketing automation platform.\n\nCreate digital content that engages, inspires and influences audiences while enhancing the customer experience for all Viaplay customers.\n\nHold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communication, marketing or a related field.\n\nBe a creative thinker and copywriter with a strong sense of brand tone and messaging.\n\nHave a passion for movies, TV series and sports.\n\nBe a proactive, self-driven doer with an organized and structured approach to ensure you reach your goals.\n\nBe fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
