Right now, we’re searching for an iOS developer in our Stockholm office - are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?\nThe Role\nWe are looking for an engineer to help build and evolve our ads & monetization experience across mobile video and streaming products, focusing on our iOS and tvOS platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the user experience while also solving complex technical challenges around playback, performance, reliability, and advertising delivery. You will work in a product team, collaborating with other teams, developers, backend engineers, product managers, designers, data/analytics specialists, and commercial stakeholders and partners, to deliver high quality ads experiences for our users.\nWhat your day might look like\nDesign, build, and maintain features on our platform, related to ads monetisation in a modern mobile app\n\nWork with tracking and measurement of ads, and ad decisioning integrations\n\nContribute to smooth, reliable ad experiences across live, linear, and on-demand streaming use cases\n\nCollaborate with backend and platform teams on integrations involving client-side and server-side ad insertion workflows\n\nImprove app performance, stability, observability, and user experience around ads playback\n\nParticipate in technical discovery, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and release activities\n\nHelp troubleshoot complex production issues related to playback, ads, analytics, and device-specific behaviour\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:\nWe are looking for a passionate and experienced developer with a genuine interest in mobile application development. If you have experience in working with other clients or TV applications, we would be blown away.\nYou thrive in a high energy, team-driven environment where you love getting stuff done, and\nhaving fun while you are doing it. In order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have some experience in the following:\n3+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling applications\n\nExperience developing customer-focused products\n\nStrong expertise in Swift SwiftUI and UIKit\n\nGood understanding of architecture, performance optimisation, testing, debugging, and maintainable code design\n\nExperience working in complex mobile user journeys and if there is experience with video playback, streaming, media apps, we would be blown away\n\nCuriosity about AI, with the initiative to navigate ambiguity and drive change\n\nIt’s a bonus if you have:\nExperience with advertising technology in media streaming, such as TCF, SSAI, CSAI, VAST, VMAP, ad SDKs, ad tracking, or measurement\n\nExperience from AVOD, FAST, live streaming, OTT, or other ad-supported video products\n\nKnowledge of Apple media playback frameworks, DRM, analytics, experimentation, or observability\n\nExperience working with commercial, ad operations, or monetisation stakeholders\n\nExperience with Android development and an interest in working across mobile platforms\n\nWhy join us\nYou will have the opportunity to work on a business-critical area where you directly contribute to product quality, viewer experience, and sustainable revenue growth.
