With a mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life, we provide access at scale, currently supplying high-quality medicines to approximately 1 billion patients around the world annually and touching all of life's moments, from birth to the end of life, acute conditions to chronic diseases.\nWe have been included on number of award lists that demonstrate the impact we are making.\nEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Associate Operator role will make an impact:\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\nVisually inspect the product during operation, observe equipment and process for proper operation, seek maintenance assistance for problems and recommend improvements.\nAssist with the set up and running of Production equipment.\nPrepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment for inspection as required and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.\nEnsure all products are properly labeled and stored.\nDocument material runs via Batch Production records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets.\nAssist in training new personnel in the manufacturing operation under the guidance of the supervisor.\nPerform calibration on scales, line meters, coating ovens, micrometers, etc. as instructed.\nThe minimum qualifications for this role are:\nHS diploma.\nUp to two years of experience is preferred. A combination of experiences and/or education will be taken into consideration.\nMust possess good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes. \nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds. \nAbility to stoop, climb ladders, or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time. \nAbility to wear a respirator. \nAbility to hear an alarm. \nAbility to identify small defects. \nAbility to distinguish between colors.\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $52,000.00 - $57,500.00 USD.
