This is a place to make a difference in the world.\nThe Role & What You Will Be Doing\nTo ensure filling duties are performed in an aseptic and GMP compliant fashion along with the cleaning of the machines and surrounding rooms. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Cleanroom Operator role will make an impact:\nParticipate in vial/syringe fills as per production schedule.\nClean filling room as required at end of filling.\nParticipate in jet printing activities when not involved in filling.\nComply with the required Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety and Environmental standards at all times\n To remain flexible in supporting the department in meeting customer requirements and business objectives\nPerform other duties as assigned, this includes supporting the Packaging Dept. in Casla when required.\nAbout Your Skills & Experience\nFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:\nMinimum of a Leaving certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. \nKnowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical/ medical device environment desirable but not essential.\nGowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.\nPhysical Demands\nTypically standing/ sitting in the cleanroom. May be required to stand; walk; stoop; bend; kneel. May require use of hands and use of arms to lift and scoop. May be required to lift or maneuver boxes or containers using lifting equipment, as well as physically pushing, or lifting. May be required to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to: respiratory protection, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and protective clothing.
