This is a place to make a difference in the world.\nThe Role & What You Will Be Doing\nWe are looking for an energetic and proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Finland.\nThis is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional, whether you are early in your career or bring more experience, with a commercial or business education who wants to gain broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry and work closely with both Marketing and Sales.\nIn this role, no two days are exactly the same. You will be at the center of our commercial organization, coordinating activities, keeping multiple projects moving and helping the team focus on what matters most.\nEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Commercial Coordinator role will make an impact:\n· Supporting marketing activities, materials and advertising requests\n· Supporting commercial digital activities\n· Supporting purchase orders and supplier-related processes\n· Acting as local support for contract approval processes\n· Coordinating meetings, events, congresses and group travel\n· Working with travel agencies and other service providers\n· Providing administrative and office facilities support\n· Helping the Commercial team with a variety of day-to-day projects and tasks\nAbout Your Skills & Experience\nFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Studies or a related field\n1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, administration or a similar role\nGood digital skills and confidence working with different systems and tools, with confidence in AI implementation in daily work to improve efficiency, quality and productivity\nA proactive and hands-on attitude\nExcellent organizational and coordination skills\nThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nWorking proficiency in English and Finnish language\nAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
