However, the expectation and the business needs are such that the successful candidate will in time develop in death knowledge of busines processes in several areas - MES, SAP, LIMS, Manufacturing processes, validation, automation, quality, and project management.\nWhile developing a broader skillset, the systems technician will work flexibly across the areas mentioned above taking account of their experience and training.\nBy specifying, designing and implementing MES Systems projects including a structured handover and post implementation support until Business Benefits realisation.\nMeasure, analyse and improve Manufacturing process outputs.\nSupport the preparation product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, including Quality Deviations caused by both equipment or personnel.\nDeliver improvement initiatives across both Products and Processes\nAssures product and process quality by testing product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes optimization.\nSpecify, Design and implement electronic batch records.\nProvide Technical Training to a high level to all business areas and personnel\nProvide Qualification and Validation support.\nPromote and implement Safe Working in all work areas and projects\nThe minimum qualifications for this role are:\nIdeally, the candidate will have a third level qualification in a relevant discipline. In that regard, a Mechanical/Mechatronic/ Engineering graduate would be at a distinct advantage. \nIf the candidate does not have a relevant third level qualification, then they should be on the path to achieving that qualification or have sufficient manufacturing and systems experience to meet the requirements of the role.\nFive years + relevant experience within the Pharma/Medical Device or related industries. \nAppropriate structured training and professional development opportunities will be provided to ensure that the employee can work safely and effectively across the areas identified.\nThe successful candidate will be expected to be invested in their own development showing a curiosity to learn more and taking steps to achieve that higher level of knowledge.\nHave a track record of developing efficient, innovative and creative solutions to challenging problems encountered in ‘operations’, using established tools and frameworks.\nA motivated and flexible person who can formulate detailed plans and projects with minimum supervisory influence and manage them through to completion.\nDemonstrated strong team-working skills including the ability to work effectively across functions.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nPositive, can-do attitude\nExperience of manufacturing assembly would be advantageous.\nA working understanding of appropriate regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Parts 210/211, ISPE/ICH Guidelines and EudraLex would be an advantage\nLean/Six sigma certification would also be advantageous\nProvide shift support across
