This is a place to make a difference in the world.\nThe Role & What You Will Be Doing\nEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Product Security Co-ordinator role will make an impact:\nProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Security team and broader GS function as required.\nCoordinate programme activities, meetings, travel arrangements and action tracking.\nPrepare presentations, briefing materials, reports and executive dashboards.\nCollect, analyse and present programme metrics, KPIs and emerging trends.\nSupport intelligence analysis by collating information from multiple sources and preparing analytical summaries.\nAssist with investigation administration, case tracking and documentation.\nSupport budget management by tracking expenditure, processing invoices and monitoring forecasts.\nCoordinate approval processes, purchase requests and other internal administrative workflows.\nSupport management of external vendors alongside senior members of the Product Security team, including tracking deliverables and invoices.\nMaintain programme documentation, records and evidence inventories where appropriate.\nCoordinate cross-functional communications and follow up on actions across regions.\nSupport the preparation of materials for leadership meetings, governance reviews and business updates.\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and programme efficiency.\nUndertake additional Product Security and Global Security duties as assigned\nAbout Your Skills & Experience\nFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Data\nAnalytics or a related discipline although all education levels and relevant experience will be considered.\nPrevious internship or early-career experience in administration, project coordination, analytics, security, law enforcement support or a corporate environment is desirable.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work across international teams.\nCore Competencies\nOrganisation and Planning\nAnalytical Thinking\nAttention to Detail\nCommunication\nCollaboration\nCustomer Service\nContinuous Improvement\nConfidentiality and Integrity\nLearning Agility\nTravel\nOccasional domestic or international travel may be required to support meetings, workshops or other Product Security activities.\nAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
