we are making. \nEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Shift Manager role will make an impact:\nThe Production Manager is responsible for the MGR011 Exhibit from Dispensing, Blending, DCwP Fill/Seal, Device Assembly, Packing and support the manufacture and packaging of MGR011.\nThe Production Manager will work across functions to ensure that products meet or exceed all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People targets.\nThe Production Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the MGR011 Exhibit.\nPerforms job in accordance with the EHS guidelines as well as ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), the (HPRA - Health Product Regulatory Authority) and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and other regulatory bodies.\nEnsure effective training for all team members.\nMonitor, record, display and drive Key Performance Indicators for the Exhibit, including but not limited to; Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Manufacturing Batch RFT.\nExecute Viatris Performance Management process for your project Team including the effective completion of key milestones.\nWork closely with Manufacturing Lead to ensure that absence is noted and tackled where appropriate and that RTW meetings are completed to good effect.\nWork closely with Manufacturing Lead to recognise and reward good performance and flexibility demonstrated by team members and address any under-performance issues in a proactive manner.\nUse all of the resources available to maximum effect to meet targets, to address and resolve problems.\nCommunicate effectively within the SLT and to supporting functions ensuring the appropriate prioritisation of issues and opportunities.\nMaintain a high standard of 6S and Housekeeping in all Manufacturing areas.\nDrive Improvements through use of Lean Manufacturing and OE Tools\nComplete any other duties assigned by Project Lead.\nThe minimum qualifications for this role are:\n3rd Level Qualification in a Science/Technical Discipline required or equivalent work experience.\nDemonstrated people management experience as a Supervisor or Manager ideally within the Pharmaceutical Industry or a highly regulated manufacturing industry.\nExperience with High-Volume Automated Assembly and/or Packaging manufacturing processes as well as experience of Dispensing, Blending and Filling of Dry Powder would be an advantage.\nExperience with Dry Powder Inhalation processes is desirable.\nMetrics focused with excellent team building skills driving results through people. \nPositive attitude with strong leadership, communication, organization and analytical skills. \nDemonstrated ability to set and implement standards for manufacturing shift teams on performance, attendance, GMP standards, documentation, etc.\nResilient with an appetite for learning and progression.\nProven ability to manage performance and to develop team members.\nExperience in the use of methodical approaches to problem solving and Continuous Improvement initiatives\nThe ability to work different shift patterns plus
