With a mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life, we provide access at scale, currently supplying high-quality medicines to approximately 1 billion patients around the world annually and touching all of life's moments, from birth to the end of life, acute conditions to chronic diseases.\nWe have been included on number of award lists that demonstrate the impact we are making. \nEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and this time, we're growing our Specialty Care team and looking for two Scientific Content Specialists to join us in the Netherlands.\nIf you're passionate about science and enjoy turning complex insights into compelling content and impactful communication, this could be your next step.\nIn this role, you will:\nShape our local scientific content strategy and bring your ideas to life • Turn complex science into relevant and engaging content for healthcare professionals\nMaintain a strong external focus, engaging with HCP’ to identify insights and opportunities. • Create content across webinars, interviews, congress updates, articles, and digital channels • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical and cross-functional teams to maximize impact • Stay close to the latest science through congresses and scientific meetings • Leverage digital, omnichannel, and AI-powered tools to enhance communication\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\n· Develop and execute the local scientific content strategy and content calendar in line with brand priorities and customer needs.\n· Translate complex scientific evidence into clear, accurate and relevant content for Dutch healthcare professionals.\n· Develop and localize scientific content across multiple formats and channels, including digital content, webinars, articles, interviews and congress-related materials.\n· Partner with Marketing and Medical colleagues to ensure relevant scientific information reaches the right target audience through the appropriate channels and at the right time.\n· Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders and contribute to congresses, advisory boards and scientific meetings.\n· Identify emerging scientific developments, customer needs and local insights and translate these into communication opportunities.\n· Apply digital, omnichannel and AI-supported approaches to improve content development, relevance and effectiveness.\n· Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Digital, Field teams and external partners to ensure aligned execution.\n· Ensure all scientific communication is scientifically accurate, locally relevant and compliant with applicable requirements.\nThe minimum qualifications for this role are:\n2-5 years of relevant experience in scientific communication, medical education, content development, healthcare marketing, Medical Affairs or a related role.
