The Role & What You Will Be Doing

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to develop a career in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will support regulatory activities across Europe, helping to ensure medicinal products remain compliant with European and local regulatory requirements while working closely with internal stakeholders and affiliate teams.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Support regulatory activities across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products throughout Europe.
• Assist with post-approval submissions including variations, renewals, and regulatory notifications.
• Coordinate administrative and compliance activities to support the maintenance of marketing authorisations.
• Maintain and update Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems and databases.
• Work closely with local affiliate teams on regulatory and operational activities.
• Support regulatory fee processing, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of regulatory objectives
• undefined About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Previous administrative experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated environment.A strong interest in Regulatory Affairs and the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Regulatory Affairs experience is advantageous but not essential.
