We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing Treasury Centre of Excellence and play a key role in supporting global treasury operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to strategic treasury initiatives.\nPrepare and manage daily cash reporting, ensuring accurate visibility of global cash balances and liquidity positions.\nBuild, maintain, and continuously improve short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models. \nOwn and execute rolling cash flow forecasting activities, providing meaningful insights for leadership teams. \nAnalyze forecast versus actual cash movements and identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy. \nPartner closely with Treasury, Accounting, Project Teams, and other key stakeholders to support treasury operations and resolve treasury-related matters. \nSupport internal and external audit activities. \nContribute to treasury projects, process improvements, and the adoption of new technologies and AI-driven solutions.\nProvide treasury-related guidance and support to business partners and subsidiaries.\nAbout Your Skills & Experience\nFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. \nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nPreferred Qualifications\n1-3 years of treasury experience within a multinational corporate environment.\nExperience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, or treasury operations.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). \nProject management or implementation experience.\nShared Services experience and exposure to cross-functional stakeholder management. \nProfessional accounting or treasury qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACT, CFA, or equivalent). \nAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
