With a mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life, we provide access at scale, currently supplying high-quality medicines to approximately 1 billion patients around the world annually and touching all of life's moments, from birth to the end of life, acute conditions to chronic diseases.\nWe have been included on number of award lists that demonstrate the impact we are making.\nEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Utility Supervisor role will make an impact:\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\nCollaborate closely with peer supervisors to ensure consistent execution of production priorities, employee expectations, and operational standards across all shifts.\nSupervise daily manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are achieved.\nConduct shift huddles, communicate production priorities, and reinforce key performance expectations.\nProvide supervisory coverage during vacations, absences, shift gaps, and business needs across multiple production areas.\nCommunicate production results, staffing concerns, training progress, quality events, and operational risks to Manufacturing Management.\nMonitor staffing levels and allocate resources to support operational priorities.\nSupport start-up, shutdown, line clearance, and changeover activities.\nSupport onboarding and qualification of new manufacturing employees.\nMonitor training progress and identify development opportunities for employees.\nAssist in verifying job proficiency and readiness for qualification sign-offs.\nSupport investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and quality improvement initiatives.\nThe minimum qualifications for this role are:\nMinimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4-7 years of relevant experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. \nMust possess ability to flex schedule in order to fill gaps and meet production needs. Must possess strong communication, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nMust possess knowledge of GMP manufacturing, equipment operation, setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting. SAP, TrackWise and LMS.\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
