The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in Accounts payable & P2P domain. Should be flexible with working in shifts and in a weekend (Monthly)Duties & Responsibilities:\n* Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policies and procedures.\n* Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice) for all procure-to-pay transactions.\n* Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices, purchase orders, and payment issues.\n* Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, including checks and ACH transactions.\n* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.\n* Maintain accurate and organized vendor files and payment records.\n* Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable, including accruals and reconciliations.\n* Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.\n* Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.\n* Identify and implement process improvements within the accounts payable function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n* Train and mentor junior AP staff as needed.\nQualifications:**\n* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n* 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.\n* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel.\n* In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and regulations.\n* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.\n* Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.\n* Experience with invoice automation tools is a plus.\n* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.\nPre-Requisites
