region.\nGroup mailbox monitoring, handle vendor and offshore queries\nIdentify PO, non- PO & Preapproved invoice received in mailbox and send for processing\nReview critical supplier invoice are processed and paid before payment due date\nBuild payment batches in Oracle, transmit to the bank, and send support to regional finance controllers for approval\nEmployee expense reimbursement audit and payment\nWeekly reconciliation of payment disbursed with bank statement\nProcess intercompany invoices\nClearing intercompany invoice through IC funding & netting\nActive participation in Month-end / Quarter-end Close process.\nGood understanding of Sub-Ledger process and accounting concepts\nReview and execute subledger month close activity\nHelping team with SOX Audit and Internal Audit\nReporting and Reconciliations\nWeekly review of AP hold report and prepare the commentary to clear the hold invoices\nInvoice statement reconciliation for key vendors\nMust communicate and coordinate with internal teams and supplier to resolve any payment issue.\nMonthly review of key control accounts\nReview of potentional duplicate invoices\nCollaborate with GL to ensure all debit banking transactions are reconciled and accounted\nReview and assist team member in AP pre-close and AP close and identify the aging and trial balance difference\nProcess Transformation\nSupport clean -up of aged invoices\nSupport clean-up of aged open Purchase orders, prepaid account and other account that impact accounts payable\nAssist in tracking all gaps and issues relating during process review, collaborate to identify solutions, and receive approval from all impacted stakeholders\nPre-Requisites / Skills / Experience
