This role ensures equipment reliability, supports production continuity, and serves as the on-duty technical expert for shift leadership. Work is performed in alignment with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and resolve issues in electromechanical manufacturing equipment.\nRebuild, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using blueprints, manuals, and diagnostic tools.\nContinuously monitor equipment and plant support systems to prevent stoppages or product loss.\nServe as lead investigator for equipment interruptions or SHE incidents.\nImplement corrective actions, including hardware/software changes or process improvements.\nEnsure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is completed properly and documented.\nShift Operations & Communication\nWork 12-hour rotating shifts aligned with production needs; maintain full shift flexibility.\nConduct and participate in shift turnover meetings with accurate, up-to-date documentation.\nProvide daily reports on equipment performance and corrective actions taken.\nNew Equipment & Modifications\nParticipate in design reviews and hazard assessments.\nProvide feedback regarding maintainability and serviceability of new or modified equipment.\nDepartment Organization\nMaintain clean, organized maintenance workspaces.\nTrack material usage and flag low-inventory items.\nEducation, Experience & Qualifications\nEducation\nAssociate of Science in Electronics or equivalent (subject to technical review).\nAt least one year of formal mechanical coursework (e.g., machining, refrigeration, hydraulics, welding).
