This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across order management and customer service while ensuring outstanding customer experience, compliance, and business performance.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Operations team.\nDrive operational efficiency, process improvements, and service excellence.\nMonitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational performance metrics.\nManage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and other business functions.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.\nSupport revenue, backlog, order fulfillment, and order management processes.\nLead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.\nPre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or similar functions.\nFluent German and English.\n 3+ years of people leadership experience.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).\nExperience working in a compliance-driven and fast-paced environment.\nWhat We're
