Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.\nSolution Delivery: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency.\nTeam Coaching: Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.\n Platform Maintenance: Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.\nKey Skills and Qualifications\n Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering
