You will be an integral part of a highly skilled cross-functional team in an Agile development environment, assisting with development of wide-ranging telecommunication protocol tests using in-house tools which ensure our product is delivered at the highest quality.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nWorking within cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile methodology, actively participating in product increment planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nDesign, development, and execution of functional, stress and system level tests for 3GPP 5G, 6G and ORAN.\n\nDebugging and investigation of test failures, ability to analyse logs and familiarity with analysis of logs in Wireshark or similar tools.\n\nProducing comprehensive test plans to product requirements and presenting it to stakeholders.\n\nInstallation commissioning and configuring new systems in lab environments.\n\nPerforming inter-operability testing in customer environment (remote/on-site).\n\nCreating and maintaining test documentation in Jira and Confluence.\n\nWork to sprint goals and deliver within the required time and schedule.\n\nContribute to the RAV community of practice for quality and improvement initiatives.\n\nProvide support and training on new features/test setup.\n\nPre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:\nEngineering Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Wireless, or similar.\n\nExtensive experience in the telecommunications domain, with specific focus on E2E testing of 5G products.\n\nPrior knowledge or experience of VIAVI TM500 or UE simulator is desirable.\n\nPrior experience and the ability to understand 3GPP physical layer specifications.\n\nDemonstrable experience in E2E 4G/5G/O-RAN testing using various third-party network and UE simulators.\n\nProven knowledge of at least one scripting language (ideally, Python).\n\nAbility to solve various issues using a variety of methods and techniques.\n\nProven ability to work with very little input.\n\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient collaboration and team working skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong productive relationships.\n\nProven communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nThe ability to work within multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.\n\nIf you have what it takes to push boundaries and seize opportunities, apply to join our team today.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3535,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Manufacturing","Test & Measurement Instruments","Homeland Security","Optics & Photonic Components"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-02T20:38:04Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Graduate Trainee, Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Graduate Trainee;
