You will work across various areas of accounting, including fixed assets, materials, business travel expenses, and payroll-related reporting, while supporting the month-end closing process and other contribute to the smooth operation of our finance function in an international environment.\nResponsibilities\nProcess and maintain primary accounting documents, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.\nMaintain accounting records related to fixed assets, intangible assets, materials, business travel, and representation expenses.\nPrepare statistical and payroll-related reports for relevant social protection funds and authorities.\nAssist in preparing financial and statutory reports.\nSupport the month-end closing process, ensuring that accounting records are complete and accurate.\nAssist with reconciliations and other activities required to maintain accurate accounting records.\nSupport the Chief Accountant at all stages of the accounting process.\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify accounting documents and information.\nHelp resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day accounting activities.\nRequirements\n2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.\nA university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nGood knowledge of accounting principles and experience working across different areas of accounting.\nFamiliarity with HR administration and personnel record-keeping.\nProficiency in 1C:8 (Human), Excel, and Word.\nEnglish proficiency sufficient for professional communication.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with financial data and documentation.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nAvailability to work in a hybrid model, with at least 3 days a week from the office.\nState
