You will work closely with regional, global, and cross-functional teams while owning the day-to-day marketing agenda and delivery for your markets.\nThe role will also serve as the main marketing point of contact for Viber Dating in the Philippines and Vietnam, working directly with the global Dating team to coordinate product updates, local requirements, and market execution.\nResponsibilities\nLocal Marketing\nOwn the local marketing plan and execution for Viber Philippines, across products, features, launches, and brand initiatives.\nSupport selected marketing activities in Vietnam, with a lighter scope than the Philippines.\nTranslate regional/global priorities into relevant local campaigns and activations.\nIdentify local opportunities and consumer insights that can inform marketing plans.\nLead execution across relevant channels, including paid media, social, partnerships, PR, creators, CRM, and other activities as needed.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external agencies/partners to deliver campaigns.\nMonitor campaign performance and provide local insights and recommendations.\nViber Dating\nServe as the main local marketing POC for Viber Dating across the Philippines and Vietnam.\nMaintain regular coordination with the global Dating marketing team on product updates, campaigns, priorities, and local requirements.\nLead the localization and execution of Dating marketing initiatives in the Philippines.\nSupport lighter Dating promotions in Vietnam, primarily through digital marketing.\nBring local market insights back to the global Dating team.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork with regional/global marketing, product, creatives, CRM, pr/communications, and other teams to bring initiatives to market.\nManage multiple products and priorities while maintaining clear local plans and execution.\nEnsure local marketing activities are aligned with broader Viber business and brand direction.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in product marketing, consumer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.\nExperience marketing a consumer-facing digital product, app, platform, or service.\nExperience taking a broader marketing strategy and turning it into local market execution.\nStrong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention.\nComfortable managing multiple products, campaigns, and stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of the Philippine consumer and digital landscape.\nStrong project management and communication skills.\nComfortable working with global and regional teams.\nAble to work independently and take ownership of local marketing priorities.\nAdvantages\nExperience in dating, social, community, gaming, marketplace, entertainment, or other consumer digital products.\nExperience working with global/regional teams.\nExperience across Southeast Asian markets.\nExperience with paid media, CRM, partnerships, PR, creators, or agencies.\nExperience with subscriptions, AI, B2B/SMB products, or multi-product
