A manager who runs 1:1s focused on your growth and expects you to drive it yourself.\nResponsibilities\nLead the full design process: discovery, research, prototyping, testing, final design\nUse AI tools actively across your work, research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow automation. Build on what exists and bring new approaches to the team\nHelp shape AI-driven product features in a super-app that is actively integrating AI into the user experience\nConduct hands-on research: user interviews, usability tests, digging into data and analytics\nContribute to and help evolve the design system shared across Viber products\nStay connected to the bigger picture, how design decisions tie into product KPIs and business outcomes\nRequirements\n5+ years of product design experience (that include some B2C mobile products)\nGenuine AI fluency: you use LLMs daily, you've built custom workflows, you've used vibe coding, Figma AI, or similar. You're always looking for what's next\nSomeone who takes full ownership, from framing the problem to shipping, without needing to be told what to do next\nLeads with data: digs into data and analytics independently, understands the metrics behind a feature before jumping to solutions\nStrong UX foundation with real attention to detail.
