Working closely with the Maintenance team, the facilities Coordinator helps ensure that all facilities remain safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained, providing a positive environment for employees, visitors, and guests.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:\nFacility & Grounds Maintenance\nMaintain facility grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal coordination, and seasonal cleanup.\nMonitor walkways, parking areas, entrances, and overall exterior conditions.\nPerform routine inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.\nBuilding & Office Support\nPerform minor repairs, including patching, painting, and basic carpentry.\nInstall signage, fixtures, and assist with general office improvements.\nSupport workspace setups, furniture moves, and internal reconfigurations as needed.\nAssist the HR Coordinator with in-house renovations and facility enhancement projects, particularly when coworker visits from abroad happen, meetings, and events at the North Brookfield location.\nMaintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of office and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.\nVehicle & Vendor Coordination\nTrack company vehicle registrations, inspections, and maintenance schedules.\nCoordinate routine vehicle service and maintain accurate records.\nCoordinate external vendors (e.g., landscaping, snow removal, cleaning), including scheduling, site access, and follow-up.\nInventory, Tracking & General Support\nMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies and organize storage areas.\nTrack work requests and communicate status updates.\nSupport the Maintenance team with general facility tasks and improvement projects.\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and responsibilities of this position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications. Ability to write simple correspondence.
