To support our continued growth in the United States, we are seeking an Account Coordinatorto join our Client Services team.\nReporting to the Brand Experience Manager, the Account Coordinator (internally titled Brand Experience Specialist) will help lead the planning, production, and execution of experiential marketing programs in B2B and B2C settings. This role is suited to an agency professional who owns projects or program elements, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable taking ideas from initial planning through onsite execution.\nThis remote position is open to candidates who reside and will perform their work in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee.\nWhy VIBRANT?\nHealth and benefits coverage\nCompetitive vacation and holiday programs\nLucrative employee referral bonus program\nCollaborative teams with access to support and professional development\nWork remote and travel across the USA to support activations\nCareer development and advancement opportunities\nParticipation in our Commission for Life program for new business leads\nOpportunities to work with distinctive brands at events and festivals across the United States\nA workplace that supports a balanced approach to work and life\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the planning and delivery of experiential marketing programs across the U.S., including business to business events, trade shows, and brand activations\nTake ownership of multiple project elements and workstreams from planning through onsite execution and post program reporting\nDevelop project plans, workback schedules, staffing schedules, creative production briefs, and logistical requirements in partnership with the Senior Brand Experience Manager\nManage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including securing estimates, negotiating costs, coordinating deliverables, and overseeing production\nTrain, brief, and manage Brand Ambassador and field teams as required\nServe as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and onsite teams\nMonitor project spending and support the delivery of programs within approved budgets\nIdentify challenges early and develop practical solutions in a fast-moving environment\nContribute to project plans, status updates, recaps, and postmortems\nTravel to program locations and oversee onsite execution when required\nWhat You Bring\nTwo to three years of experience within a marketing, experiential, events, or integrated agency environment\nDemonstrated ownership of projects, programs, or substantial workstreams from planning through execution\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment\nA passion for experiential marketing, with a commitment to staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that shape memorable brand experiences.\nStrong professional communication skills, both written and verbal\nExcellent organization, attention to detail, and follow through\nThe ability to work independently, take initiative, and move projects forward with appropriate guidance\nExperience coordinating vendors, production partners, logistics, or field teams\nA calm and adaptable approach when priorities, timelines, or onsite conditions change\nWillingness and ability to travel approximately 25 to 35 percent of the year\nAvailability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during activations when required\nA bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is an asset\nAdditional Experience That Would Be Valuable\nExperience supporting business to business events or trade shows\nExperience with digital or technology enabled brand experiences\nExposure to project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, or expense reconciliation\nExperience working with beverage alcohol brands\nWhat Makes This Opportunity Different\nVIBRANT offers an entrepreneurial environment where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership, and build their careers through hands-on experience.
