This individual will work closely with R&D, sales, and customers to develop applications, conduct research, and provide technical expertise to enhance the functionality of our products across various food and beverage categories.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and optimize formulations using Vibrant’s natural ingredients for various food and beverage applications.\nConduct product evaluations, stability testing, and sensory analysis to ensure optimal performance.\nCollaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and develop customized solutions.\nWork cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to support product development initiatives.\nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in the food and beverage sector.\nPrepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.\nAssist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to ingredient performance in different applications.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in food and beverage applications, product development, or ingredient formulation.\nStrong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient interactions, and processing techniques.\nExperience with plant-based, clean-label, or natural ingredient solutions is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in laboratory techniques, analytical testing, and sensory evaluation.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as weighing ingredients and operating laboratory equipment.\nAbility to work with various chemicals and materials in a safe and controlled manner\nAbout Vibrant Ingredients\nFounded in 1954, Vibrant Ingredients is a leading provider of natural, clean label ingredients and systems that power extraordinary food and beverage experiences.
