This role plays a critical part in helping drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and overall financial performance, particularly within our manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range commercial planning.\nAnalyze revenue performance, customer profitability, sales trends, and commercial KPIs; identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to provide financial guidance that drives commercial decisions.\nPrepare monthly commercial performance dashboards, variance analyses, and KPI reports for senior leadership.\nSupport pricing, promotion, and product mix analysis to optimize revenue and margin.\nAssist in capital expenditure planning and investment analysis, including ROI and payback period assessments.\nLead initiatives to improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems (ERP, BI platforms, reporting automation).\nPrepare presentations, reports, and financial insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, financial transparency, and commercial performance.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.\nMBA preferred.\n2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, ideally within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Power BI and Excel) and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills; high attention to detail.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.\nSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbout Vibrant Ingredients\nFounded in 1954, Vibrant Ingredients is a leading provider of natural, clean label ingredients and systems that power extraordinary food and beverage experiences.
