In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser.\nWhy VIBRANT?\n$26 per hour for approximately 40 hours per week\nVehicle allowance of $1,200 per month (prorated on hours worked)\nCell phone allowance of $40 per month (prorated on hours worked)\nUniform provided\nOpportunity to develop toward a field sales role\nWork as an independent contractor\nWhat you’ll be responsible for\nYou’ll visit approximately 4 to 10 locations each day to:\nStock and rotate products, maintain displays, and follow merchandising standards.\nSet up planograms in convenience stores and place promotional materials.\nImprove product visibility in refrigerated areas and on the sales floor.\nBuild relationships with store contacts and address merchandising needs.\nShare opportunities and store feedback with the field sales representative.\nComplete weekly reports on store visits and execution.\nWhat you’ll need\nA valid driver’s licence and exclusive access to a vehicle.\nAt least one year of customer service, retail, or merchandising experience. Grocery experience is an asset.\nA high school diploma or equivalent.\nThe ability to lift up to 50 lb.\nSmart Serve certification, or willingness to obtain it before starting.\nClear communication skills and the ability to work independently.\nTo be at least 18 years old, as the role involves handling alcoholic beverages.\nThis posting is for a current vacancy.We do not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for this role.
