Daily Operations & Quality Control\nSupervise Processing: Oversee the daily collection, sorting, washing, dry cleaning, pressing, folding, and delivery of all textiles.\nLuxury Garment Care: Inspect high-end guest garments and couture items. Ensure the correct chemical applications, wash cycles, and pressing methods are utilized to prevent damage.\nFlawless Standards: Perform rigorous quality checks for stains, missing buttons, or tears, ensuring only flawless items reach the guest rooms or F&B outlets.\nTurnaround Management: Prioritize and track express guest requests, ensuring strict adherence to delivery deadlines.\n2. Team Leadership & Training\nStaff Scheduling & Management: Assist management with hiring, rostering, task allocation, and performance evaluations for laundry attendants.\n Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Train staff on luxury hospitality standard operating procedures, machinery usage, and specialized garment care techniques.\n Safety Compliance: Ensure the team handles hazardous cleaning chemicals safely and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).\n3. Asset & Cost Management\nInventory Control: Conduct routine monthly inventories of hotel linens, staff uniforms, and laundry chemical supplies to maintain accurate par levels.\nMachinery Oversight: Monitor the performance of commercial washing machines, dry cleaners, and calenders. Coordinate with the engineering department for preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.\nExpense Efficiency: Monitor chemical dosage systems and water/energy usage to achieve optimum cost control without compromising fabric quality.\n4.
