Under the guidance of supervisors, the trainee rotates through each section to learn standard operating procedures (SOPs), chemical safety, equipment handling, and guest etiquette.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in cleaning and maintaining guest villas, bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned facilities according to hotel standards.\nPerform bed making, linen changing, amenity replenishment, and room preparation to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.\nClean and sanitize public areas, restrooms, floors, furniture, and other facilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.\nAssist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distributing guest laundry, uniforms, and hotel linens.\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and organization of cleaning supplies, laundry equipment, amenities, and linen inventories.\nReport maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found belongings to the appropriate supervisor.\nFollow hotel procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards while performing all assigned duties.\nWork collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.\nRequirements\nJob Requirement\nCurrently pursuing or recently graduated from a vocational school or college in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Room Division, or a related field.\nDemonstrates a strong interest in housekeeping operations and hotel service standards.\nPossesses basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleanliness, and hygiene, with a willingness to learn.\nGood command of spoken and written English;
