The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in VMware, Windows/Linux administration, storage and backup solutions, along with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Administer and support enterprise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, Windows Server and Linux environments.\n\n- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\n\n- Manage storage and backup environments, including NetApp and Avamar.\n\n- Perform Windows Server administration, system patching and upgrades using relevant tools such as SCCM.\n\n- Support Citrix infrastructure and handle upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting.\n\n- Monitor and maintain FTP, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint and Power BI environments.\n\n- Handle incident management, problem resolution and infrastructure-related service requests.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations and operational procedures.\n\n- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure infrastructure availability and timely issue resolution.\n\n- Participate in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- 7 -
