About the Role: We are looking for an experienced System Administrator / Engineer to manage, support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in VMware, Windows/Linux administration, storage and backup solutions, along with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support enterprise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, Windows Server and Linux environments. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Manage storage and backup environments, including NetApp and Avamar. - Perform Windows Server administration, system patching and upgrades using relevant tools such as SCCM. - Support Citrix infrastructure and handle upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting. - Monitor and maintain FTP, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint and Power BI environments. - Handle incident management, problem resolution and infrastructure-related service requests. - Maintain technical documentation, system configurations and operational procedures. - Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure infrastructur
