You will assist customers with product selection, build strong customer relationships, maintain an organized and welcoming store environment, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and motivated to create a positive shopping experience while representing the company’s brand and values.\nWhat you’ll do\nMeet/exceed sales goals and expectations\nCustomer-centric and understands the importance of creating exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression.\nIdentify customer needs and provide styling options and tips\nPossesses a strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, both as an individual and as a member of the store team\nAbide by all store policies and procedures\nEmbody and represent the VICI brand\nAlways maintain sales floor cleanliness\nMaintain proper sales floor product representation with high level visual standards and replenishment\nAlways maintain sense of urgency\nAbility to work well under minimal supervision\nBe up to date on current fashion trends as well as VICI Styles\nProcess shipment in an efficient manner: unbox, steam, fold, and merchandise on the sales floor\nEnsure sales floor is clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing at all times\nGreets and helps customers while building relationships to ensure a great customer experience\nPlace and encourage online orders on out-of-stock product for customers\nCapture email and phone numbers at checkout for every customer\nCreate content for social media as requested by the Marketing Team\nMay perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company\nWho we are looking for\nRetail or fashion industry experience preferred.\nPassion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.\nGoal-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.\nTeam player who can also work independently.\nStrong problem-solving skills and initiative.\nHigh level of personal and professional integrity.\nAbility to prioritize tasks based on business needs.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious retail or fashion industry experience preferred.\nCustomer service or sales experience is a plus.\nWork Environment and Schedule\nFlexible scheduling, with consideration for other work commitments.\nRequires standing for extended periods and frequent customer interaction.\nOccasionally lift up to 25 pounds.\nYour Wellbeing is Our Priority\nAt VICI, we believe in supporting our team through benefits that promote health, financial security, and work-life balance.
